A totally wild combo. We are completely different from each other and that is exactly our secret sauce. We love to think big. Like really big.
That almost landed us in some serious trouble once. Our original master plan? Launching the Hot Rods out in Dubai. Things were actually looking pretty solid for a minute until we literally found ourselves smuggling toilet paper out of luxury malls because we blew all our cash on pitch presentations 🙂
True story.
So we flipped the script with one motto: Out of the desert and into the jungle of Cologne. And thank god we did. Because right now we have the absolute best gig in the world and we get to put a massive smile on so many peoples faces.
What if…?“ Thought it, did it! Making the impossible possible is Christopher’s ultimate motto. As a former pro dancer for international mega-acts like the Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry, Cascada, and Helene Fischer, he’s always owned the big stages and lived for the creative hustle. Thanks to years of collaborating with global creative teams, Chris has developed the mindset of a true visionary and an absolute eye for aesthetics.
Today, as Managing Director, he’s the one steering the daily operations and building smart, solid structures to keep the business running like a well-oiled machine. Naturally, he hasn’t lost his creative spark along the way, he just perfectly merges it with the business side of things now. Pulling overtime and going that famous extra mile are absolute standard for him. Because for Chris, the rule has always been the same: Where there’s a goal, he’ll pave the way!
When he’s not wrestling mile-long Excel spreadsheets or masterfully building new business structures from scratch, he loves to turn on his famous „macaroni charm.“ Whether you’re deep in business talk or just kicking back with a cold beer: you’re guaranteed to have a blast with Robert and can always count on him for a brilliantly cheesy dad joke!

From whipping up the very first quote to the complete tour and event planning all the way down to detailed shift schedules Alex is our absolute machine in the back office pulling all the operational strings. He keeps a cool head making sure everything behind the scenes runs just as smooth as our Hot Rods do on the streets.
But Alex is not just a top tier project manager above all he is a genuinely awesome dude with a massive heart. He always has an open ear for everyone and constantly brings those good vibes to the crew. Being a true Cologne Carnival legend he is super well connected all over the city which is a massive win for us. We are super stoked to have him on board because he is an absolute asset to our crew both as a professional and as a person.
